Refunds for Unopened Merchandise

Customers may return unopened merchandise within 10 days of receipt to receive a refund or store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Out-of-Stock Items

While we strive to keep our inventory updated, certain items may occasionally be out of stock due to high demand. If an item you’ve ordered is unavailable, you will be issued an immediate refund for that product.

Return Policy

Damaged, Incorrect, or Undelivered Items

All products are thoroughly inspected and carefully packaged before leaving our warehouse. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit or not arrive as expected.

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect item, or if your order was not delivered, please contact our Customer Service team within 10 days.
Email us at info@awufafrostore.co.uk with the following:

• A photo clearly showing the issue

• Your order number

Important:

• Keep all original packaging and contents, as they may be required for carrier inspection (e.g., FedEx).

• Awuf Afro Store will initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. This process may take up to two business weeks.

• Replacement items will not be sent until the investigation is complete.

• Shipping charges will only be refunded if the return is due to damage during shipping or an error by Awuf Afro Store.

Returning Unopened Items

If you wish to return unopened items for reasons other than damage or error, you may do so within 10 days of receipt.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• A 10% restocking fee will apply.

• Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
