How do I find a product?

Use the search bar at the top of the page, or browse through our categories. We stock over 600 African and Caribbean grocery items. If you can’t find something, contact us and we’ll try to source it for you.

Can I save products to my wishlist?

Yes. Click the “Add to Wishlist” button on any product page to save items for later.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

If a product is in stock, you’ll see an “Add to Cart” button on the product page. Out-of-stock items will be labelled accordingly.

Can I purchase as a guest?

Yes. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. Creating an account lets you save your address, track orders, and access exclusive offers.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our checkout uses SSL encryption to protect your payment details. We do not store your card information.

Can I use a discount or coupon code?

Yes. Enter your code in the coupon field at checkout before placing your order.

What happens if my payment fails?

You’ll be notified immediately and can try again or use a different payment method. If the problem persists, contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Please see our full Returns & Exchanges policy. We accept returns on non-perishable items provided the item is in its original, unopened packaging. Perishable food items cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?

Email us at info@awufafrostore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process. Please include your order invoice and return the item in its original condition.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.

Can I exchange an item?

We accept exchanges for non-perishable items in their original, unopened packaging. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
